Produce
Our produce is offered seasonally and is grown organically. We focus on regenerative agricultural practices on our farm - we utilize everything that we can, including manure! It is added to our compost, which is then used as fertilizer. No harmful chemicals are ever used on our farm. In the garden, plants are used as pest-repellent - marigolds repel nematodes and aphids. Woodland Tobacco is also incredibly helpful - insects land on the large sticky leaves and cannot escape. Nasturtiums are planted to repel insects. The flowers from these plants attract beneficial bugs such as lacewings, ladybugs, butterflies, and bees.
In 2025, at the Phoenicia Farmers Market, we plan to bring a variety of greens, tomatoes, squash, beans, carrots, and onions.
We are also working to establish our microgreens, and plan on having both radish and pea microgreens available.
